Meet Q.B. Ashworth

I write grimdark horror — well, not really "write" it; I find and transcribe it. It's the kind of stuff that shows up as case files, interview transcripts, and things people wish they'd never recorded. My first novel, The Revenant Strain, follows four friends on a hunting trip who walk straight into the collapse of a small Eastern European republic. It does not go well for them.

When I'm not doing that, I'm probably still doing that. This is mostly a one-person operation. Oh, and two black cats — but they don't help much with the operation.

A vintage-style postage stamp featuring a black and white illustration of two cats intertwined, with the words 'POSTAGE,' 'CATS,' and '50c' printed on it. The stamp is placed on a wooden surface with pens and a closed notebook in the background.
